For those who have left our company once, we have a comeback hiring system that gives them the opportunity to work in our company again.
This system was created to give those who share our philosophy, working environment, and treatment and seriously wanted to work for us but are currently working for other companies due to changes in their living environment or new challenges, the opportunity to work for us again.
This system is open to those who have worked at our “Sushi Uogashi Nihon Ichi” restaurants for at least one year, who have left our company to gain new experience at another company, or who have left our company once due to a change in circumstances but continue to have empathy with our company and are considering working at “Sushi Uogashi Nihon Ichi” once again.

Recruitment Guidelines
This program is intended for ①those who have left our company and are continuing to improve their experience and skills at other companies, or those who have left the restaurant industry to gain new experience and wish to work at “Sushi Uogashi Nihonichi” again, and in addition, ②those who worked at our “Sushi Uogashi Nihonichi” restaurants for at least one year, who have left our company to gain new experience at another company, or who have left our company once due to a change in circumstances but continue to have empathy with our company and are considering working at “Sushi Uogashi Nihonichi” once again.
In this system, there is a selection process, so it does not necessarily mean that you will be able to enter our company, but we would appreciate if you applied.

Bonus | Hiring Bonus Payment (choose one of the following) If you receive your bonus in your 1st month of employment, you will receive a hiring bonus of 50,000 yen. If you receive your bonus in your 6th month of employment, you will receive a hiring bonus of 100,000 yen. |
