Personnel Evaluation System Based on Career Stage

We have introduced a new personnel evaluation system that sets career stages for all employees and links goal management with the evaluation of work performance. All employees are involved in a twice-yearly personnel evaluation meeting, and employees at the lower stages are evaluated by employees at the more senior stages in turn. This is a new personnel evaluation system that allows everyone to assess their individual performance and evaluate everyone fairly.

Comeback Hiring System

For those who have left our company once, we have a comeback hiring system that gives them the opportunity to work in our company again. This system is for those who have worked at our “Sushi Uogashi Nihonichi” restaurants for at least one year, who have left our company to gain new experience at another company, or who have left our company once due to a change in circumstances but continue to have empathy with our company and are considering working at “Sushi Uogashi Nihonichi” once again. Those who are hired under the comeback hiring system will receive up to 100,000 yen as a hiring bonus payment.
