    UR VISION

    The food trend are constantly changing. The Japanese traditional food oriented by fish and rice have been valued for many years and still important today. Even in the times of rapid changes, we continue to value on fish and rice oriented Japanese traditional food while we are actively working on new challenges to fit to deal with society. We believe it will contribute to enhance customers' satisfaction by providing excitement and happiness.

    UR BRAND

    "Standing sushi" has been popular to the ordinary people since the Edo period. However, as time goes, the image of "standing sushi" has been shifted to as a high-class food, and no longer be a casual food. We want more people to enjoy it. With this concept, we opened our first store in Shimbashi in 1989. Currently, we have opened a total of 100 stores with various brands ranging from Japanese food to Italian food, mainly operated by the standing sushi bar "Uogashi Nihonichi".

    USINESS & STRATEGY

    We have a commitment called "Nanatate" and are dedicated to serve food to our customers' satisfactions. We set a goal "Keep cold for cold foods while keep hot for hot foods" and have strived to deliver fresh food to customers. Nippan Suisan, a group company, arrange a direct delivery at morning and afternoon to keep the food fresh.

    OB & CAREER

    For new graduates, we are hiring as "Food Business Creators" and they will be assigned to one of the stores to gain experience through communication with customers. We consider these experience as assets and essential for employees to grow. After several years, we will assign appropriate roles depending on individual's aptitudes and career plans.
