◆Co-creation collaborative tours・・・We have conducted tours throughout the year where our employees embody how the ingredients that we, as restaurants, purchase daily are delivered to us. We let our employees learn how we can serve our customers because of the people who work in the Tsukiji market and all the people who handle the foodstuffs.


◆We supervised “Mebuki Inari” dedicated to the Fukutoku Shrine at COREDO Muromachi in front of Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi.


◆Under the slogan “Safety and Security 28,” all stores are inspected monthly for a total of 100 safety and security checkpoints based on our own in-house standards. All stores are inspected for hygiene twice a year by a third party (our designated company). We share the inspection results with all employees to raise awareness and responsibility as a business operator that handles food ingredients.


◆Since FY2014, we have set a total 10 target KPIs for logistics costs, climate, waste, and resources with the aim of “contributing to society by improving people’s lifestyles, health, and safety through our services while complying with laws and regulations and fulfilling our social responsibilities”. By sharing the indicators calculated in the company’s sales activities, we are raising awareness of our environmental compliance efforts.
